Building renovation

Many of the buildings that have received intervention cannot be classified as heritage sites, but they nonetheless exhibit architectural and typological characters that should be taken into proper consideration. The project often also involves a change in the building’s intended use, which requires a comprehensive structural and seismic assessment, as well as more extensive modifications. All of this is managed through integrated design supported by BIM, achieving—thanks in particular to the experience gained—a high level of consistency and detail.
