To this end, all of our resources—as well as the composition of our team—have been geared toward a multidisciplinary approach, as the various fields involved in a design project must be developed synergistically, with constant collaboration across different disciplines.

• Matteo Villa, architect and engineer, sole owner and technical director of behind architecture srl. Fire safety professional. Licensed to perform safety coordination activities on temporary and mobile construction sites. Certified Project Manager according to UNI 11648:2022. Company CDE Manager. He oversees architectural, structural, and fire safety design, as well as safety coordination and construction supervision; he systematically acts as the professional responsible for integrating specialized services;
• Riccardo Allera, engineer, fire safety professional, Quality Manager, responsible for mechanical and electrical systems design, expert in specialized systems and lighting design;
• Antonella Novali, architect, licensed and experienced in safety coordination for temporary and mobile construction sites, specifically in relation to heritage restoration projects;
• Marta Frascoli, architect, specializing in sustainable and environmental design and energy efficiency in buildings;
• Mattia Gabaglio, architect, with a specific interest in the restoration and functional rehabilitation of historic elements; qualified acoustics technician pursuant to Article 21 of Legislative Decree No. 42 of February 17, 2017;
• Emanuela Miola, geologist, with decades of experience in various fields of geology, including geophysics, geotechnical engineering, hydrogeology, and environmental geology;
• Maria Emanuela Melis, engineer, specializing in plant design, licensed to perform RSPP/ASPP duties under Legislative Decree 81/2008 and to act as Safety Coordinator for Temporary and Mobile Construction Sites pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/2008;
• Giuseppe Lampis, engineer and fire safety professional, authorized to perform CSE/CSP duties under Legislative Decree 81/2008 and to perform RSPP duties under Legislative Decree 81/2008, with experience in structural engineering;
• Milena Maesani, restorer and decorator, is listed in the National Register of Restorers, Sections 2 and 3. She specializes in the restoration and conservation of decorated architectural surfaces and painted works on wooden or textile supports;
• Ilaria Sirianni, a conservator, is listed in the National Register of Conservators, sections 3, 4, and 5. She specializes in the conservation and restoration of painted objects on wooden or textile supports, carved wooden objects, wooden furniture and structures, and objects made of synthetic materials that have been shaped, assembled, and/or painted;
• Marianna Cossino, a conservator, is listed in the National Register of Conservators, sections 1 and 2. She specializes in the conservation and restoration of stone, mosaic, and related materials, as well as decorated architectural surfaces;
• Sabrina Luglietti, an archaeologist, is registered in the List of Professional Archaeologists, Category 1, and is an expert in archaeological excavation, information technology applied to archaeology, and preventive archaeology;
• Marco Giorgetti, an agronomist, is an expert in the design and safety of green spaces;
• Simone Corio, architect and certified BIM specialist, provides support for project activities and workflow management;
• Charlotte Orsi Mazzucchelli, architect and visual designer, handles activities related to the publication and promotion of the administrative initiative;
• Marco De Amici, architect, certified BIM specialist, and CAM- and Casaclima-certified Energy Consultant;
• Carlo Andrea Pucci, engineer, certified BIM manager;
• Simone Spiteri, doctoral degree in architecture, expert in surveying using advanced technologies such as laser scanners, drones, GPS integration, etc.;
